3rd ANNUAL FESTIVAL PEOPLE EN ESPAÑOL DAYTIME LINEUP

Jakes was added to the lineup of speakers and entertainers who will participate in the expanding daytime offerings during the highly-anticipated 3rd annual Festival PEOPLE en Español this Labor Day weekend in San Antonio, TX at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
T.D. Jakes, named by Time as “America’s Best Preacher,” leads The Potter’s House, his international ministry based in Dallas, Texas. In 2006, Jakes launched ‘Casa de Fe,’ a Spanish affiliate branch. His powerful sermons, translated via The Potter’s Touch’s ‘Español con Bishop T.D. Jakes’, are popular throughout Latin America and the U.S. Mujer, Eres Libre!, the Spanish edition of Jakes’ groundbreaking book Woman Thou Art Loosed, is a perennial seller among female Hispanic readers, and Bishop Jakes has traveled extensively throughout Latin America and the U.S. to engage audiences with his universal message of hope.
During his appearance at Festival PEOPLE en Español on Saturday, August 30th, Jakes will empower audiences with a conversation driven by his current number one New York Times bestselling book Instinct: The Power to Unleash Your Unborn Drive, of which a Spanish-speaking version – “Instinto” – is also available. Launched in May, Instinct combines personal, cultural and historical examples with biblical insights to educate readers on making the best possible choices and decisions for their personal and professional growth. Following the talk, Jakes will sign copies of Instinct at the Festival PEOPLE en Español Bookstore.
