"Superstore" Sneak Preview: Monday, November 30th at 10pm on NBC
Superstore, a NBC half hour comedy premiering Winter 2016, stars America Ferrera and Ben Feldman in a new workplace comedy about a unique group of employees at a Cloud-9 megastore. The show features a hilarious, all star ensemble cast with actors Colton Dunn, Mark Mckinney, Lauren Ash, Nico Santos, and Nichole Bloom as they prove that working at a big box store doesn’t have to be boring. The show centers around Ferrera’s character Amy, an intelligent and responsible floor supervisor, and newly hired Jonah (Feldman’s character) who is a little too dreamy for her taste. The show is sure to make any audience laugh with its over the top antics as they hilariously tackle the day to day situations working as Cloud 9 employees.
Superstore is American Ferrera’s first regular break out role since Ugly Betty. Ferrera says “Superstore has been our little secret gem that we've been falling in love with and making. And we're so excited for you all to see it, and share it with the world.” She also said that she loved the ensemble cast because “...we are so diverse, and we come from such different walks of life...ensemble casts are what makes comedy, in a way.”
Superstore is produced by Justin Spitzer, Ruben Fleischer, David Bernad, Gabe Miller, Jonathan Green, and America Ferrera. Be sure to tune in winter 2016 when it debuts on NBC.
