Los galardones hispanos/latinos por excelencia han sido programados para el Viernes, 1.º de Agosto de 2014 en el Beverly Hilton Hotel.
PASADENA, CA - La Imagen Foundation ha anunciado los nominados para los 29.º Annual Imagen Awards, honrando la representación de Latinos y cultura latina en el cine y la televisión. La temática de este año es “Multimedia: The gateway to our opportunity”. Los premios se presentarán en una gala de etiqueta el viernes, 1.º de agosto por la tarde, en el International Ballroom del Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Los Imagen Awards serán retransmitidos como un especial de una hora por PBS SoCal. (TBA)
Los ganadores serán seleccionados por parte de un panel independiente de ejecutivos de la industria del entretenimiento y líderes de la comunidad latina y serán anunciados en la gala de los premios.

Acerca de los Imagen Awards
El programa de los Imagen Awards fue establecido en 1985, partiendo de un sugerencia que hizo el veterano productor de televisión, Norman Lear, para fomentar y reconocer la representación positiva de los Latinos en los medios de comunicación. Después como The Imagen Foundation, expandió sus programas e iniciativas para impulsar su misión, sirviendo como un puente entre la comunidad Latina y la industria del entretenimiento. Esto proveyó educación y recursos para Latinos en la industria así como para aquellos que buscan carreras en el mundo del entretenimiento.
